Milo

Milo is curious, expressive, funny, and very relatable.
He loves food, asks honest questions, and often reacts the way many of us do:

Milo represents the part of us that wants to feel better, make progress, and understand what our body is doing — without guilt or confusion.

Sage

Sage is calm, wise, fit, and encouraging.
She helps Milo pause, look at the bigger picture, and understand the patterns behind food choices, cravings, workouts, energy, and weight changes.
Sage never judges.
She guides.
Her favorite reminder:
